Be Constructive
Provide specific details and examples. Help other students make informed decisions about their housing.
Respect Privacy
Don't share personal information about landlords, property managers, or other tenants beyond what's relevant to the rental.
No Spam or Advertising
Don't use reviews to promote businesses, services, or include links to external sites.
Prohibited Content
Reviews containing the following will be removed:
- False or misleading information
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Threats or harassment
- Personal contact information
- Spam or commercial solicitation
