"With Pointe West they manage many apartments around Blacksburg. If you choose to sign a lease with them reading a lease would not exactly help. Since they manage so many properties the lease they give you is a blanket covering all properties not specific so renters are unable to make changes. We also have a repair currently that was billed to us but was never completely fixed so we still have a hole in the wall. With that being said they are not always checking in which is nice and the management software they use for payments and contracts is simple since they are owned by a larger corporation. "
