"Very expensive due to amenities that do not work most of the year. Frequent false fire alarms in the middle of the night. Charge for nonexistent damages when you move out. Inspections are done with minimal notice, and staff will give you a violation but no lease terms state this is allowed. Walls are thin, noise complaints are not taken seriously. Good location if you don’t have a car, but a scam. Rent has increased every year, was only $900 per month in the 22-23 school year. Apartment allows students to have pets unleashed which will attack you when you walk down the halls. Occasional events with free food, but minimal notice and most happen in the middle of the day on weekdays when most people are in class. Management is mostly VT students that lack professionalism and competency. They lost my mail packages multiple times and were slow to respond to emails. Sauna caught on fire and damaged multiple apartments. Pipes burst in the gym when the temperature was cold. Emergency sprinkler system failed in the elevator area. In 22-23, hub had community building events, but those have since disappeared. "
