"Rittenhouse Row is a great move if you want a safe, high-end city life experience that feels worlds away from the stress of North Philly. The unbeatable location is the biggest win—you’re steps from the subway for a fast commute to Temple, and you have the city’s best parks and cafes right outside your door. However, the real side you should know is that you are definitely paying a premium for the zip code rather than the walls. The building is older, so you’ll likely hear your neighbors or the street noise from nearby bars on the weekends. "
