"The heating and electric bill is almost 100$ per person per month and it's always freezing. The central heating vents lead outside wasting heat. The heat is always set to 65 but never truly gets about 60 degrees and is still freezing. We had mice for two months, constant plumbing problems. Leaks from roof and attic when it rains, attic shower intermittently leaks onto lower bedroom. There's no insulation in half the rooms, the bathroom fan blows dust around. Appears to be permanent mold in the bathtub no matter what you do. Windows and doors are so drafty they need to be covered with thick comforters in the winter and they're still so drafty u can't walk around without several layers. "
