"I do enjoy living at the Standard, but it’s not worth it for the cost. My roomates and I agree and thus are moving out next year. The gym was in poor condition (still useable), template was always out of control, fridge and other appliances broke down, water damage, thin walls, and others. If it was cheaper it would be worth it. "

"My apartment can e with a dishwasher that was leaky and the smoke detectors went off out of nowhere. The last tenant never took their spices and seasonings so that was actually a plus. The elevator is frequently broken. If you have a package, it take about a day to get it since they scan it and put it in the package room. The amenities are great and there's frequently coffee on the top floor. Any water that gets on the wall will permanently stain it, and it is obvious that the apartment is not the most sturdy. If you live here just keep in mind that it is not durable housing and you should be self sufficient. "

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are a ton of hidden fees for things that you have no control over, like the floor you live on. The elevator is constantly broken, meaning you have to use the elevator in a building that’s 21 floors. The garage door was removed for 2 months, which allowed anyone to get into the building - including homeless people. "
