"Normal sized apt, rooms a bit small, have ac, not furnished, need repairs upon entering and making sure you clean up really well before move in (landlord gives you apt in very bad condition), repairs were once a month and major delay with responses, tenants would constantly leave their trash outside their doors and make place extra filthy, people would vomit on the stairs coming up and it wouldn’t be clean for a week, laundry is small only 3 drier and 3 wash for 60+ people- no respect at all when it comes to cleaning will take your clothes and throw them all over the floor before you get a chance to get to them "
