"They’re good overall, just too strict. Very close from Rutgers University (cook-doug campus) and bus stops are accessible. <1mile from both SoCam, and College Hall Bus station. Just hope that you get a renovated apartment like us. the S & R series are renovated and squeaky clean. Other’s complain about roaches but we’re safe from that. We had a mattress in our living room for a makeshift couch. Weren’t allowed, almost got a legal notice. "
