"Larry and Joan have been excellent landlords over the last few years. We have continued to rent the same space and they trust us. They usually answer within 24-48 hours of a text and are quick with repairs. Larry and Joan are both very kind and nice to talk to when they come to check out the property. The property is very affordable and has a large parking area. One of its only downfalls is splinters from the wooden floor, but we just wear slippers to accommodate. "
