"we have had electric issues in the past, but our landlord was quick and responsive in making sure that all of the electrical issues stopped. The rent is relatively low, and even though the house is older, she has a beautiful personality. And the price is worth the experience. Thank you to comedy for always replying to my messages and allow me to send rent late and understanding that being said can be difficult sometimes. "

"Kamini is super friendly, very understanding and has always been responsive with making sure any issues we had. Rent is super low, about 600-700 for decent room sizes. "
