"Really good neighborhood, ample parking, free laundry shared with one other unit in basement. Building is old but was very responsive to any repair requests. Beware of ants in pantry in summer, we needed to move/air tight dry goods and put out traps. Heating oil for hot water is expensive, especially bc heat for winter is from radiators. "
