"Overall was a very good experience, the house is clean and no structural issues with it. There is an apartment downstairs and one upstairs (I lived in the upstairs unit). The landlord was nice and was responsive with any repairs that needed to be made. Make sure to read the lease clearly. Parking is street only which can be difficult in the winter time. "
