"Very poor communication skills, would not recommend. Oftentimes would send multiple emails and call many times with no response. Before the lease was finalized, I tried to cancel it, but they were incredibly unclear and unresponsive when coordinating this. The terms were very unclear and resolving this was a huge issue that persisted for months. The only good thing is that the ceilings are high which makes the room feel more spacious "
