They also constantly have community-building freebies like bagel giveaways or Thanksgiving potlucks. The heating gets pretty bad in the winter, and the apartment windows don't open, so there are ventilation issues. Additionally, the smoke detectors are super sensitive, so the fire alarms went off a lot. It's also expensive unless you share a room, and their communication with desk workers is limited since there are limited front desk hours, but they have a chatbot that can answer things 24/7 "
