"The LOUDEST construction right across the street that starts every week day at 7am. Other than that, it is a pretty good apartment. The building is clean and they respond to concerns in a timely manner, even though they get to the actual repairs a few days after that. Not worth $1500/month IMO but otherwise a decent experience. "
