"Great apartment to choose, best location in my opinion. Love all of the amenities especially the building 3 gym and golf simulator. Leasing manager is the nicest most helpful lady ever. We had a roommate situation and she responded and acted super quickly "

"Real worst parts are the cockroaches and the lack of responsiveness from the landlords. You get what you pay for though "

"I enjoy living here "

"I enjoyed my time living at Terrapin Row and would recommend it to any UMD student. It's one of the cheaper apartment options while still being clean, safe, and in a good location. There are many amenities including a pool, spray tanning, study rooms, and courtyard. Maintenance is very quick and responsive. My only complaint is the rooms don't come with light and the parking garage elevator is usually broken. Overall a good apartment complex! "

"Terrapin Row is a great living option for UMD students. One of the best parts of living in T-Row is how responsive their maintenance team is. Another aspect I enjoy is that it’s a very close walk to campus and not a far walk from the bars as well. My only issue with T-Row is that for the cost of rent, the apartment rooms are very small. However, T-Row has great amenities, such as comfortable study rooms and gym facilities. Overall, it is a nice living space for college students at UMD. "
