"Obviously this is University housing so you have an RA and everything which come in and do apartment checks from time to time. As for the housing itself, you have options from 2b2bth - 4bd4bth but its all draw of luck based on seniority. I seem to always get sick in these apartments however due to unclean air vents, plus the air vents in all rooms are connected so if your of age roommate smokes, you'll definitely smell it too. On top of this, the walls are thin so you can hear practically everything, and finally the responsiveness of UFixIt is pretty fast, within a few days maybe, but its always in the morning and they come banging on your door loudly at like 9am.
