"I rented a townhouse from Mayhew Management for two consecutive years my junior and senior year. Kevin Mayhew, was a reliable, respectful, and honest landlord through our entire lease agreement. Our townhouse, which was a part of Campus Side Apartments, was very clean and in good condition upon move in. On the rare occasion in which there was an issue in our apartment, Kevin was quick to respond. Our maintenance requests were typically resolved same or next day and occasionally even on weekends. I would recommend Mayhew Management to every student at the University of Delaware at any of his various locations around campus. "
