"My friends and I lived in this house for 2 years. The location is perfect, right around the corner from red jug and a 5 minute drive from the gym and grocery store. There’s plenty of parking in the back with room for about 15 cars. Mark is a great landlord. He responded to me quickly any time I needed something from him. His maintenance crew, especially Dave, are incredibly friendly and helpful. Every maintenance request we had was dealt with in a timely manner. The house is old and some things could definitely use some upgrades but that does not take away from the character of the house. It is a perfect spot for group of friends to live. We had so much fun living here and have so many great memories. Highly recommend living here! "
