"We live in an unsafe neighborhood and basically all our neighbors are locals. The landlords don't respond to our concerns right away and ignore some of them. We mainly communicate with our maintenance guy and he is often "sick". Our front door doesn't lock from the outside and we have a broken window in our basement so stray cats have been getting in. "
