"don’t live here…Steph is the worst. She gave me so much attitude when I called her to make a complaint about them splitting up my group of 4. They said the townhomes were too limited so they couldn’t keep us together (when there were literally whole townhomes available). They gave me such a headache over everything before we moved in, wouldn’t do this again. The only reason my rating isn’t a 1 star is only because the house we live in isn’t that bad, except for the drug vial we found in one of the cabinets. Great job cleaning lol. Not to mention packages! Imagine a package arrived at 12pm, and they don’t log in your package till after the office closes…must be short-staffed. Terrible management, and I’m sure I’m not the only one with this kind of experience. "

"Beautiful apartments with a convenient location however I've dealt with too much problems for what you pay for. To keep it to a few things, with my experience maintenance has been continuously unhelpful with fixing certain things. My dishwasher last year wouldn't drain and even though we stopped using it would continuously fill up with water. Filed multiple reports through the year and maintenance never fixed it. Fridge was also continuously leaking and nothing was fixed. Not sure if the issue is some of the maintenance employees or corporate being cheap and not wanting to provide new parts for things. Also the buildings either have cheap or unmaintained ventilation systems. When people from the apartments next to me smoke it fills my apartment. Because I have allergies to smoke I'm always congested when I'm at home unless I keep the windows wide open "

"Really nice place, amazing community; however, it is horribly run and extremely overpriced. They are a huge pain to work with, maintenance requests take forever, and they constantly send really passive-aggressive emails for things. Their printer also didn't work for like 3 months, and I had to go to campus to print. The houses are also extremely loud and it echoes a lot. "
