"Rented with Tom for two years and would recommend him to any student looking to live off campus. He has fair priced properties and is responsive if any problems arise. "

"Rented at two different properties with Tom and he was great. Super responsive to anything we needed and when our washer broke he had a new one hooked up and ready the next day. You can tell he isn't in it for the money and is actually a good guy. "
