"Maintenance takes several days, no matter how urgent the issue is (broken sink, broken heater). Staff take several days to respond to emails and are very unfriendly. Buses only run to campus and back on weekdays. Buses don’t run on Sundays, and run on Saturdays only from 12pm-5pm. "
