"Beware of predators like Steve and Terri Allan! They have a 3+ page list of ‘rules’ that they enforce by stalking you to ensure you’re following them… down to moving their little figurines from their exact spot on the mantle. They come in with no notice whenever they want, and Steve finds some excuse to spend hours at/outside the property or the property they own next store on a daily basis. So, say goodbye to privacy. I lost count of how many times I saw him looking through the windows… creep!! Oh, and if you call them out… prepare to have Steve SCREAMING in your face, threatening to ‘take you out with the trash’. Had a hellish move out experiences & had to go to war over the deposit… DO NOT SIGN! "
