"Very communicative landlord, really cares about his tenants, even provides them with free coffee and ice cream during syllabus welcome weeks. Always responsive to our issues. House is a little wonky but it’s ok. "

"Very very respectable and responsive!!! "

"Nate rentals were the kindest! When it came to repairs, they were incredibly responsive and someone was over here quickly. During tours of houses too, they were receptive to questions and helpful in the renting process. They are also very fair as we were able to negotiate our rent when they told us about an increase. I would rent with them again! "

"Nate Rentals is good and fair and I would use them again. "
