"He's not one of those big corporate landlords that you'll never hear from, and he was pretty quick with repairs. He was easy to communicate with, accommodating for the most part, and pet friendly. Rent was $600 a month including utilities, which was cheap! But felt a bit steep for an eight bedroom house. The property that I lived in was one of his "better" properties, and there were some... issues. It wasn't well-maintained and there was a fair bit of mold. Not to mention the third floor rooms were illegally occupied. Once the City of Bing got involved, he made the necessary changes to keep the property up to code (I think!). One of the other major problems was that (at least in the first few months of living there) they were doing tours of about ten students at a time, and they were often last minute. That would get irksome. I wouldn't tell anyone to stay away from him in the same way I would tell them to stay away from Sall Associates, but he could stand to improve in some ways. Definitely do an in-person tour before you sign on to anything, because I've heard his other properties have some more serious issues. "
