"We didn’t move in for two months after lease started due to being international but he didn’t clean up the house, remove any of the last tenants items, basement flooded, and stuff got ruined including clothes/personal items. Didn’t really fix the problem but once washer flooded and dryer broke that’s when he finally fixed everything. "
