"I cannot stress enough how much you SHOULD NOT live in this house. Everything you can think of is/was broken at one point. There is no reason as to why my kitchen WALLS are SQUISHY. There are issues throughout the house and the landlord is a nasty and rude guy. He’s given nothing but problems to me and my roommates. Expect the bare minimum from him and his lackeys. Amenities are old and awful, as well as mold issues throughout the house from top to bottom. PLEASE for your own sake do not live in this god forsaken house, especially if you have a mold allergy. It was previously worth its value in price because it was cheap, but there’s almost no way to justify living here unless it’s your LAST RESORT. "
