"The property was pretty shabby. The laundry machine was downstairs and it was on straight stone floor. We spent a full day and several boxes of cleaning supplies to scrub the floor of our bedrooms. The first floor was okay when I passed by to do laundry. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy and police would show up from time to time across the street and there was always fighting or yelling. The rent price was low and it’s decently convenient to downtown- might be the only plus side. Hamza was a fast responder to issues. "

"house was in terrible condition, much better condition last year, mold everywhere. "
