"The rent was relatively cheap, but when we needed repairs there was slower than desired communication. Overall not the worst but not amazing. "

"Overall decent experience & would live there again. House was extremely messy when we moved in and had some nasty pipe leaks. However, beyond that the property was extremely cheap and had great parking. Landlord was chill other than somewhat slow fixes for problems. "
