"First of all, the lease they originally gave us was a mess and had to be edited multiple times as it allowed them to do all sorts of nonsense. (Not compensate or provide housing if house was unavailable, and ability to enter residences whenever with no notice and more). Second, they are responsive but the quality of response and repair is abysmal. If something is broken or in general hard to fix/ requires some cost, prepare for it to be broken forever. Shower is a mess, animals in ceiling, and had to force them to replace our sinkhead after it exploded. Don't process payments in a timely manner and will claim you still owe them money. Nice but clueless and don't care enough to try. "

They were great at giving us a heads up when they were sending people in. We also got 100% of our security deposit back!
