"This is quite literally the worst renting company you could choose in Binghamton. They are unresponsive, sold us on a completely different idea for a house than they promised. We moved into a dirty house with PERISHABLE food in the pantry and fridge, and literal HOLES in the house. The dude also tried to get us to resign by saying that people were touring the house and very interested in signing with them. I don't know if he's slow or what, but we live in the house, and nobody had toured it. So, they are liars, slow, and overall just a terrible place to rent from. Look elsewhere, they need to go out of business. "
