"When it comes to repairs, it can take a bit. They told us a day or two before they began this project that they were going to redo our front porch. This process ended up taking over a month (partially due to the weather) but during it, we did not have a front door. Our back doorknob broke and we couldn’t really get in/out the house and took a few days, a multiple messages, for them to send someone over to fix it. And generally, for repairs/maintenance work their response time can be slow. And to have someone here takes a while. Regarding tours, they are communicative about when they’re coming/canceling. The property itself is also old and probably needs work as is. But overall the house itself has a lot of charm. "

"Online it looks like the places that Amicus owns are fully furnished but this place was a three bedroom with only a loveseat that fits two people, no dining room table or chairs, no desks. I believe that we were the to rent here after Amicus bought it but the renovations were done cheap and quick. Within the first two months, I continuously had to ask for maintenance to come and it would take them way too long to come even if it was a safety issue. You could probably also break into the door. Flooring was so cheap it began to warp. Would never rent from them "

"Told us parking lot was included, only 3 spots for whole complex, ceiling fell in and water flooded the living room over winter break due to pipe issue from the floor above, human waste in toilet upon move-in, laundry was promised as free, there were no laundry units for weeks, and upon installation it was 2.25 per wash and same price for dryer. (I'd fact check everything he says) Maintenance workers are nice and kind but they have way too much to deal with, so it takes them a while to come around. Overall, the building condition is in very poor condition but has a cozy vibe to it. For the price, it wasn't bad. Ashley is amazing too & the really tall maintenance guy(forgot his name) is helpful. I always ask him about his day and he'd always tell me about how busy he was. Amicus, if you see this: give him a raise! "
