"Really nice place, amazing community; however, it is horribly run and extremely overpriced. They are a huge pain to work with, maintenance requests take forever, and they constantly send really passive-aggressive emails for things. Their printer also didn't work for like 3 months, and I had to go to campus to print. The houses are also extremely loud and it echoes a lot. "

"Often very loud neighbors & multiple day long delays in repairs (I’ve had problems with leakages in the ceiling & in machinery) but they’re usually very responsive to emails and transit to campus is pretty convenient "
