"I rented this property for two academic school years and the first year was great, they had a maintenance guy who was really nice and helpful. Until the second year, they got new owner? for the company? idk, but they became really money hungry. First, they raise me and my housemates’ rent by $100 total, okay, no problem sure. Then, they fired the previous maintenance guy and now we have a maintenance guy who actively look for our facebook and tries to hit up my housemates non-professionally. Third, our rent payment use to be zelle, now it’s a portal where there’s fees to pay rent??? And the property owner doesn’t even respond to our text, literally leaves you in the dark until maybe couple weeks later. "
